Our story
When we say Mediterranean, we mean it.
PepCubes is made in Adana, a sunny city on Türkiye's Mediterranean coast. It started there, and it's still made there today.
It started
with cezerye.
Cezerye is a carrot sweet that families in our region have made since the 1800s. Carrots are cooked down slowly, then mixed with nuts and spices.
We kept the idea and reimagined it for today: real carrots and dried figs, with walnuts, peanuts, fruit and spices from the same fertile land.
Real fiber. From real food.
Every pack has 3–5g of naturally occurring fiber from carrots and figs. Never added. Never isolated.

PepCubes was founded by a woman and is made by a growing, women-led team in our own Adana workshop.
The carrots are cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons, then pressed and cut into cubes.
The journey
From a local recipe to Amazon U.S.
- 1800s
Cezerye becomes a tradition in Türkiye's Mediterranean region.
- 2018
We start with a single product and a simple idea: turn cezerye into a modern, better-for-you snack.
- 2022–23
We open our own workshop in Adana, grow the range to four flavors and create PepCubes.
- 2024–25
Named an "Innovative Product" by Migros, one of Türkiye's largest grocers. First tastings and focus groups in California.

Selected for Plug and Play's Next Wave Consumer Brands program.
